Roef! vs. Oolders Omaco Sparks Haarlem (game one)
Sparks Haarlem opened the score in the first inning off of starter Marjolein Merkx. With one out, Anne Blaauwgeers singled, stole second base, moved to third on a wild pitch, then scored on a single by Maxime van Dalen. She advanced on a passed ball, but then stranded on second base.

Sparks Haarlem doubled its lead in the second inning. This time, it was Anne's twin-sister Maaike Blaauwgeers, who singled with one out. She got into scoring position on a grounder, then scored on a single by Onaisha Franka. The latter moved to the second on the throw, then reached third base when an error was made on a grounder by Kehli Washington, who later stole second base. But Sparks then left runners behind on second and third base.

After being retired in order in the third, Sparks left three runners behind in the fourth. With one out, Maaike Blaauwgeers singled and with two outs, Onaisha Franka walked, which led to a pitching change. Mikayla Endicott took over the pitching, but got the bases loaded when she walked Kehli Washington. The three runners stranded when a pop-up ended the at bat.

In the meantime, Sparks-pitcher Ginger de Weert encountered no problems. She saw Roef! gets its first runner in scoring position in the third inning. De Weert hit lead-off hitter Naftely Pietersz with a pitch, who then moved to third base on a 2-out single by Kim Donkers. De Weert closed with a strikeout.

Pietersz was to be the lone Roef!-runner to get into scoring position. Starting with the inning-ending strikeout in the third, the righthander retired the next 13 batters in a row!

In the top of the sixth, Sparks Haarlem rallied for four runs, three of which were unearned due to two errors. First, Karin Tuk led off with a homerun to make it a 3-0 score, but the next two batters were retired. Hereafter, Onaisha Franka walked and stole second, then Kehli Washington reached on an error, which would have been the third out in the inning. With runners at the corners, Washington stole second base, which was followed by a throwing error, enabling Franka to score. Sparks Haarlem again got runners on first and third base when Anne Blaauwgeers reached on a bunt-single. After she had stolen second base, both runners scored on a single by Maxime van Dalen to increase the lead to 6-0.

As mentioned, Ginger de Weert retired the side from the fourth inning on to seal the victory.

Roef! vs. Oolders Omaco Sparks Haarlem (game two)
In the second game, Sparks Haarlem needed only six innings to win.

In the first two innings, the team reached base only once. After Sparks Haarlem was retired in order in the first inning, it got its first baserunner when Kingsley Avery was hit by a pitch in the second at bat. She stole second base, but then was left behind.

Sparks Haarlem rallied for four runs in the third inning off of starter MIkayla Endicott. Jenny Kinburn led off with a single and moved on a sacrifice bunt by Onaisha Franka. The bases got loaded when Kehli Washington walked and Anne Blaauwgeers reached on a bunt-single. A run was then scored on a sacrifice fly by Maxime van Dalen, then Karin Tuk followed with a 2-run single. Tuk advanced on a wild pitch and a single by Kingsley Avery, then scored when the New Zealander stole second base.

Sparks Haarlem reached the mercy-rule, 7-run difference by scoring three runs in the top of the sixth off of new pitcher Manon van Alebeek. She walked Maxime van Dalen and hit Karin Tuk with a pitch. A grounder by Kingsley Avery then resulted in a force out at third base, which was followed by a throwing error that put runners on second and third base. A run was then scored on a pinch-hit single by Desiree Adriaansz and the next one on a wild pitch. After next batter Jenny Kinburn walked, a fielder's choice-grounder by Onaisha Franka brought in the next run to make it a 7-0 score.

Rebecca Soumeru started for Sparks Haarlem and gave up only one basehit in the 4 1/3 inning she pitched. The lone hit she gave up was a lead-off infield-hit by Wies Ligtvoet in the first inning. The veteran righthander then retired the next seven consecutive batters. With one out in the third inning, Soumeru walked Ilse van Kerkoerle, but she stranded on second base.

With one out in the fifth, Leonella Elizabeth took over from Soumeru and retired the next two batters. In the sixth, with one out, she gave up a single to Wies Ligtvoet, who accounted for both Roef!-hits in this game. She moved on a grounder and a wild pitch, then Isa Los walked. The game ended when Los was caught stealing.
