Balentien strikes out seven times

Since hitting his 58th homerun of the season last Wednesday, Wladimir Balentien has struckout seven times in the next three games, hitting only one basehit.
On Thursday, Balentien was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts and two walks when the Yakult Swallows lost 3-2 at the Yokohama Bay Stars.
On Saturday, the Swallows played at the Hanshin Tigers and that game ended in a 7-7 tie in 12 innings.
Balentien was 1-for-4 (a single) in this game, but struckout three times, while waking once.
On Sunday, Balentien was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts in a 7-6 win vs. Hanshin.
But he also walked again twice and scored a run in the seventh inning.
The Swallows had just taken a 4-3 lead on an error and Balentien walked with a runner on base, then scored when Yuichi Matsumoto hit a 3-run homerun to make it 7-3 in favor of Yakult.
