The Series opens on Saturday, September 12 at the site of Neptunus in Rotterdam, where Game 2 also will be played the next day.
The Series then shifts to Haarlem for the next three games, scheduled for Thursday, September 17 and the following weekend.
When a sixth and/or seventh game is/are needed, those are scheduled for the weekend of September 26 and 27 in Rotterdam.
This year, Neptunus and Kinheim met each other nine times.
In the regular season, Neptunus won four of the six games.

In the regular season, Neptunus finished in second place and Kinheim in third.
L&D Amsterdam Pirates finished in first place and the three got company in the Play-Offs from fourth placed Vaessen Pioniers.
As season-winner and after sweeping Pioniers in the first round, Amsterdam was the big favorite to reach the final.
The team got several opportunities to clinch a spot in the Holland Series, but failed to do so.
In the final weekend of the Play-Offs, Kinheim, which already had won its series vs. Neptunus, also won its series vs. Pioniers to become the first finalist.
Moments later, Neptunus completed a sweep against Pirates to become the second finalist.
Neptunus and Kinheim met each other four times in the Holland Series, which was played for the first time in 1987.
Both won twice.
In 1993, 1994 and 1995, the two teams met in three consecutive years when the series was a best-of-five.
Neptunus won the first one, 3-1.
In the following year, Kinheim won 3-2, then Neptunus won again in their third match-up, 3-1.
Three years ago, the two teams faced each other again in the all-deciding final, which by now had become a best-of-seven.
Kinheim almost was eliminated during the Play-Offs, which led to a change of coaches.
Kinheim not only went on to qualify for the Holland Series, but also swept Neptunus in four games.
