    Taipei Team and NPB Team in Asia Winter League Final

 TAICHUNG (Taiwan) -
The Chinese Taipei National Training Team and the NPB Team from Japan have qualified for the all-deciding Championship Final of the third edition of the Asia Winter Baseball League.
The two teams will meet on Sunday (December 20).
In the two-day Play-Off series on Friday and Saturday, the Taipei Team met the KBO Team (South Korea).
The first game ended in a 6-6 tie, then the Taiwanese won the second game with a 7-5 score to reach the Final.
The NPB Team won twice vs. the Taiwan Beer CPBL Team.
In the first match-up the Japanese squad registered a 7-0 shutout, then won 11-5 on Saturday to become the second finalist.
The KBO Team and CPBL Team will play for third place on Sunday.
