Linda Steijger Official Scorer in Premier12 Final

The Netherlands Kingdom Team was eliminated in the Quarter Finals of the Premier12 on Monday, but there is a Dutch succes today (Saturday, November 21).
Linda Steijger has been assigned as the Lead Official Scorer for the all-deciding Final of the event between the USA and South Korea.
Dutch umpire Winfried Berkvens was assigned to leftfield in the Quarter Final-game between Japan and Puerto Rico on Monday.
That game was played in Taiwan, but thereafter, Berkvens didn't belong to the 12 umpires, who were assigned to work the Final Round in Japan.
In the Final, Linda Steijger is joined by Pablo Carpio (Spain) and Jennie Moloney (Australia).

Of the twelve international scorers, who were active during this event, seven were assigned for the Final Round in Japan.
Besides Linda Steijger, they were Pablo Carpio (Spain), Carlos Del Pino (Cuba), Oscar Eduardo Izaguirre (Venezuela), Jennie Moloney (Australia), Brian Moore (USA) and Stephanie Winkler (Germany).
There are three scorers assigned to each game.
Linda also was the Official Scorer in the opening game of the event on Sunday, November 8 at Sapporo (Japan) when Japan and South Korea met each other.
Hereafter, during the preliminary round in Taiwan, she was assigned to seven games.
That was followed on Monday with a game in the Quarter Finals.
In that game between South Korea and Cuba she was the Play-by-Play Scorer.
On Friday, Linda also was the Play-by-Play Scorer in the Semi-Final between the USA and Mexico.
Winfried Berkvens was assigned to four games in the preliminary round, including one behind the plate.
That was at the game between South Korea vs. Dominican Republic.
Besides these four games, Berkvens also was assigned as back-up umpire for two games.
Hereafter, as mentioned above, he was the leftfield-umpire in a Quarter Final-game and with that, his tournament ended.
