In the first seven innings, Diegomar Markwell allowed only one batter of Pioniers to reach base.
After retiring the side in the first inning, Vince Rooi led off the second at bat for Pioniers and reached on an error.
He stranded on second base after advancing on a following grounder by Mark-Jan Moorman.
Beginning with that grounder, Markwell retired the next 18 batters in a row.
And so, Markwell began the eighth inning still throwing a No-Hitter and he faced lefthanded hitter Mark-Jan Moorman.
With an 1-2 count, Moorman connected well on the next delivery of Markwell and the ball ended up over the fence in rightfield.
There, rightfielder Christian Diaz leaped up, but he had no chance of catching the ball.
Probably still thinking of losing his No-Hitter, Markwell made an error moments later with one out on a grounder by Quintin De Cuba.
But hereafter, Neptunus turned a double play to end the inning.
In the top of the ninth, with one out, Markwell made another error, dropped a pop-fly by Daniel Fernandes, who advanced to second base on the error.
He moved to third on a grounder by Dirk van 't Klooster.
Fernandes stranded there, as a next grounder ended the game.
Neptunus was retired in order in the first inning by starter Lars Huijer, but then scored twice in the second at bat.
With one out, Christian Diaz and Stijn van der Meer singled to put runners on first and third base.
Diaz then scored on a single by Rien Vernooij.
The second run was scored on a force play-grounder by Shaldimar Daantji.
Hereafter, Daantji stole second base and advanced on a throwing error, but then stranded on third base.
Neptunus was then held scoreless in the next four innings.
In the first three innings, Huijer allowed only one batter to reach base.
Dwayne Kemp led off the third with a double, but hereafter, Huijer retired ten batters in a row.
Hereafter, Neptunus got the bases loaded in the sixth, but didn't score.
With one out, Raily Legito singled, then Gianison Boekhoudt walked.
The latter forced out on a grounder by Christian Diaz, then the bases got loaded when Stijn van der Meer also walked.
The three were left behind when Rien Vernooij flied out.
Leading only 2-0, Neptunus took more distance by scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
With one out, Gyenuar Lopez walked, then his pinch-runner Urving Kemp advanced to third base on a single by Dwayne Kemp.
That led to a pitching change, as Dennis Buring took over for Lars Huijer.
He was greeted with an RBI-single by Benjamin Dille.
With Kemp on third base, Dille stole second base, then they respectively scored on a sacrifice fly by Raily Legito and single by Gianison Boekhoudt to make it 5-0.
Hereafter, Sedley Karel was brought in as new pitcher and he ended the inning.
Two more runs were added in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Stijn van der Meer led off with a single, then Rien Vernooij was hit by a pitch.
After Shaldimar Daantji struckout, a double-steal followed, then Urving Kemp also struckout.
But hereafter, Karel gave up a 2-run single to Dwayne Kemp that made it 7-1.
