ROTTERDAM (Neth.) -
The make-up game between Curaçao Neptunus and Vaessen Pioniers, scheduled to be played on Friday-evening (July 1), was cancelled due to rain and field-conditions, minutes before the game was to be getting underway at 7:30 PM.

On Thursday, the game was cancelled in the early afternoon, after it had rained throughout the previous night, morning and afternoon.
Tonight, it had rained earlier in the day, but there was a green light for the game.
However, 50 minutes before the scheduled starting time, it again started to rain.
Players continued their preparations in a batting cage or stayed indoors in the locker rooms.
The rain turned to drizzle, but as the showers continued, the field became unplayable.
And so, a few minutes before the game was about to start at 7:30 PM, it was canceled.
There was a proposal to play a double-header on Saturday, but the game now has been re-scheduled for Tuesday-evening (July 5), also starting at 7:30 PM in Rotterdam.
Earlier in the afternoon, the make-up game between L&D Amsterdam Pirates and HCAW also was cancelled again due to the weather conditions.
This game also will be made up on Tuesday.
