Game 3
At Masan Stadium, Doosan Bears led only 2-0, but then rallied for four runs in the top of the ninth inning to seal the victory.
In the first four innings, the Bears were silenced by starting pitcher Keum-kang Choi, who gave up no basehits in this span.
However, in the fifth inning, both his No-Hitter and ShutOut ended, as Jae-hwan Kim led off with a homerun.
Kim also homered in last Sunday's game.
With two outs in the fifth, Eui-ji Yang and Kyoung-min Hur hit back-to-back doubles to bring in another run and make it a 2-0 score.
Bears-starter Michael Bowden held the Dinos scoreless in the 7 2/3 inning he pitched.
Earlier this season, Bowden had thrown a No-Hitter against the Dinos, but now he saw the opponent get into scoring position early in the game.
In the second inning, with one out, he walked Min-woo Park, who then stole second base.
But hereafter, the righthander struckout the next two batters.
In the fourth inning, the Dinos got their first two batters on base, but they stranded.
While the Dinos registered only three basehits today, Bowden also got baserunners in the sixth, seventh and eighth inning, but avoided giving up runs.
From 2008-2013, Bowden pitched in (parts of) six seasons in the Major League for Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs.
He appeared in 103 games, including two starts, and was 3-5.
The Bears then took more distance by scoring four runs in the top of the ninth inning.
The first two batters reached base and advanced on a sacrifice bunt, then an intentional walk loaded the bases to create a force play.
But hereafter, Kyoung-min Hur delivered a 2-run single to double the lead.
Moments later, Kun-woo Park also singled in two runs to raise the lead to 6-0.
