Pioniers adds nine new players to roster
Nederlands

HOOFDDORP (Neth.) - Vaessen Pioniers has added nine new players to its roster for the 2017 season, but the Hoofddorp-squad also said goodbye to eight players.

Five of the new players are coming from Kinheim, which lost its entire team.

This season, Pioniers was led for the first time by Dè Flanegin. In his first year as Head Coach, the former player led the team to third place in the Overall Standings with a 27-15 record.

In the following Play-Offs, the team shared the best record with Curaçao Neptunus, 6-3. However, due to the set-up of the Play-Offs, it ended up in third place and therefore missed the Holland Series.

The transfer-deadline ended on Tuesday, November 1, at 5 PM.
