Kinheim turns deficit into win against UVV
Nederlands
HAARLEM (Neth.) -
Kinheim trailed 5-1 after three innings on Sunday (July 10), but came alongside and went on to win 9-6 against Pickles UVV to complete a 3-game sweep.
After completion of this series, the season will be interrupted for the Baseball Week Haarlem, which opens next Friday.
After Kinheim had scored once in the first at bat, UVV rallied for five runs in the second inning on five basehits, including a runscoring single by Belgian Berend Rijssemus in his first big league at bat.
Today, he made his debut in the highest league and was the short stop for UVV.
Kinheim came alongside in the fourth inning, scoring four runs on four hits, highlighted by a 2-run double by Jasper Keijzer.
Hereafter, Kinheim turned the game its way and added four more runs in the remainder of the game.
Bryan Engelhardt and Kevin Moesquit then homered for Kinheim.
