Garia stole second base, then scored the first run when Zerzinho Croes followed with another single.
But hereafter, Burgersdijk retired the next three batters.
After Pioniers-starter Lars Huijer retired the side in his first inning, he was supported with two more runs in the second at bat.

Gilmer Lampe led off with a walk, moved to third base on a single by Kenny Berkenbosch and scored on a force play-grounder by Remco Draijer.

In the bottom of the eighth, Amsterdam was productive with three basehits, scoring four runs and having the bases loaded when the inning ended.
Linoy Croes led off with a single, then the bases got loaded when Rashid Gerard walked and Jesse Aussems also singled.
That led to a pitching change and Maickel Rietel was brought in to take over for Lars Huijer.
Koen Nooij was inserted as pinch-runner for Gerard, but Rietel began by striking out Nick Urbanus.
But hereafter, Amsterdam struck.
First, Michael Duursma delivered a runscoring single that tied the score.
Gilmer Lampe then walked to bring in the go-ahead run.
The next run was then added on a sacrifice fly by Kenny Berkenbosch.
While the ball was thrown back to the infield, an error followed, which enabled Duursma to score the fourth run in the at bat and increase the Amsterdam-lead to 8-5.
In the top of the ninth, closer Tom de Blok took over for Amsterdam.
He retired the side and ended the game with a strikeout to complete the come-from-behind-victory.
