In the first inning, Gregorius bunt-attempt had ended in a groundout, but now he led off the fourth with a walk.

Gregorius flied out in the fifth and was then replaced in the top of the seventh.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, Kenley Jansen became the new pitcher for the Dodgers.
With this, there was an Antillian battery, as Jansen is from Curaçao, while Zarraga was born on Aruba.
With one out, Jansen gave up a single to Jerry Sands, but followed with a strikeout.
But hereafter, Tyler Saladino connected for a 2-run homerun that was the difference in the game.
And with that, Jansen was credited with the loss.
In the top of the ninth, Zarraga got his lone at bat, but grounded into a double play.
