UVV had three runs left in the top of the ninth.

The first was forced out on a grounder by Julian Rip, then an error on a force play-grounder by Jamie Verheyleweghen then led to a basesloaded situation.
Next batter Jordan Illis then hit the ball into short leftfield, but there leftfielder Raoell Kortstam (who had just entered the game) was able to force out Rip on third base.
In the meantime, Ribbens scored.
The bases then got loaded again when Sergino Martis walked and Mike Bazuin followed with a 2-run single that made it a 9-5 score.
