 Small victory Neptunus at HCAW

 BUSSUM (Neth.) -
After winning 10-1 on Thursday-evening, Curaçao Neptunus won only 2-0 on Saturday-afternoon (June 25) at HCAW.
After four scoreless innings, Neptunus opened the score with a run in the fifth.
This was to be the lone run in the game until Neptunus added another one in the ninth.
The game was a pitching-duel between Orlando Yntema (Neptunus) and Kaj Timmermans (HCAW).
Yntema went the distance (again).
The righthander struckout 12 batters and gave up only five basehits to win his league-leading eight game of the season.
Timmermans was replaced in the ninth inning.
