Twins outscores DSS in second game

HAARLEM (Neth.) -
De Glaskoning Twins opened the score early on Saturday (June 25) in its second game against DSS, winning 6-2 on twelve basehits.
Bart Hanegraaff collected three hits for Twins, scored twice and batted in two runs.
Japanese righthander Keiji Uezono threw eight solid innings, striking out seven batters and giving up only five basehits.
For DSS, Tim Halderman made his comeback on the mound after being sidelined for a few weeks with an injury.
He closed the game, pitching 1 1/3 inning.
Mike Groen started for the Haarlem-squad.
His start was questionable after he hurt his back earlier in the week.
Lex Leijenaar (started as rightfielder) and Mitchel Koot (pinch-hitter) also played in their first games in weeks, due to injuries.
