Twins led 3-0 in the first inning, then trailed 4-3, but went on to win 5-4.
Shurty Tremus and Jeffrey Arends had a major contribution in today's win.
Twins took an early 3-0 lead in the first inning this afternoon off of starting pitcher Kenny Van Den Branden.
The Belgian righthander ran into problems quickly.
He gave up singles to Nick Peels and Jarreau Martina, then a single by Shurty Tremus followed that produced the first run.
The bases then got loaded when Van Den Branden walked Jeffrey Arends.
The Belgian then struckout fellow-Belgian Dennis De Quint, but hereafter, Chris Ge followed with a ground-rule, 2-run double that made it 3-0.
Hereafter, Van Den Branden closed with two strikeouts.
In the next three innings, Van Den Branden got more baserunners, but avoided giving up more runs.
In the second, Bart Janssen singled with one out, but stranded.
In the third, Shurty Tremus and Jeffrey Arends led off with singles, but then Neptunus turned a double play.
And in the fourth, Van Den Branden walked two batters, but they were left behind.

Neptunus scored its first run in the top of the second inning off of Belgian Cedric Desmedt.
With one out, Urving Kemp singled and stole second base.
With two outs, he scored on a single by Steven Wharwood.
Shaldimar Daantji also singled, but Neptunus left two runners behind.
In the top of the fourth inning, Neptunus scored three runs off of Desmedt to take a 4-3 lead.
With two outs, four consecutive basehits were registered.
First, Daniel Fernandes doubled and scored on a single by Steven Wharwood.
Herafter, Shaldimar Daantji and Dwayne Kemp hit back-to-back, runscoring doubles to put Neptunus alongside and then ahead.
Twins came alongside in its fifth inning off of new pitcher Berry van Driel.
With one out, the righthander gave up a double to Shurty Tremus, who then scored on a following single by Jeffrey Arends.
The latter moved on a passed ball and a single by Dennis De Quint, but a strikeout and force out then ended the at bat.
After being retired in order in the sixth inning by new pitcher Steven van Groningen, Twins took a 5-4 lead in the seventh.
With two outs, Shurty Tremus singled and scored on a double by Jeffrey Arends.
Tremus was 4-for-4 today, while Arends was 3-for-3 with a walk.
Neptunus reached base only two more times in its last three innings.
Elton Koeiman retired the side in the sixth and seventh inning.
In the eighth, Brandon Schoemaker took over.
He gave up a lead-off single to Gianison Boekhoudt.
But after a strikeout and flyout, the game ended when Boekhoudt was forced out on a grounder by Daniel Fernandes and that earned Schoemaker a save.
