In his first 9-inning complete game in three years, Jurjen van Zijl retired the first 13 batters in a row.
With a 3-0 lead and with one out in the fifth inning, Van Zijl gave up an unearned run, but kept his No-Hitter intact.
That ended with two outs in the sixth inning.
UVV got two baserunners in the bottom of the first inning off of rookie Mic van de Ven without hitting a basehit.
With one out, Julian Rip was hit by a pitch and Tijmen Takke walked, but they were left behind.
UVV then scored its first run in the second inning, also without recording a basehit.
Beren Ruben and Julian Goins led off with a walk, then the bases got loaded with one out when Cecil Comenencia was hit by a pitch.
Ruben then scored on a sacrifice fly by Rick Kuipers.
UVV added another run in the third and this time also registered its first basehits.
Tijmen Takke led off with a walk, then Sergino Martis singled.
With one out, Berend Ruben also singled to bring in Takke.
A double play ended the at bat, but UVV now led 2-0.
In the fourth, UVV increased its lead to 3-0.
Brandon Rijnbergen led off with a double and scored on a following single by Cecil Comenencia.
The latter, who had advanced on the throw to the plate, moved to third base on a passed ball, then Rick Kuipers walked, which led to a pitching change, as Jeremy Atkinson took over.
The Australian got two quick outs, then got the bases loaded when he walked Sergino Martis, but a grounder closed the inning.
With that, three runners were left behind.
Twins got one run back in the top of the fifth, thanks to two errors.
With one out, Nick Peels reached on an error and stole second base.
A throwing error towards second base in a pick-off attempt enable Peels not only to reach third, but also to score.

UVV answered with three runs in the bottom of the fifth on only one basehit, while the Twins-defense committed two errors.
Berend Ruben led off with a walk, advanced on a sacrifice bunt and scored on a single by Brandon Rijnbergen.
Hereafter, Cecil Comenencia was hit by a pitch, but he was forced out on a grounder by Rick Kuipers.
That was following with an error, which Rijnbergen the opportunity to score.
Kuipers later stole second base, moved on a balk and scored on a wild pitch to make it a 6-1 score.
In the top of the sixth, Twins connected for its first basehit off of Jurjen van Zijl.
With two outs, Jamie Verheyleweghen and Bram Grooten singled.
The bases got loaded when Dennis De Quint walked, but the three runners stranded.
UVV added another run in its sixth.
The home team got the bases loaded when Sergino Martis reached on an infield-hit, Mike Bazuin singled and Berend Ruben walked.
Martis was then forced out at the plate on a grounder by Julian Goins.
Another force play-grounder followed, hit by Brandon Rijnbergen, but this time the force was made at third base, while Bazuin scored.
In the seventh, UVV scored two runs to lift its lead to 9-1.
Rick Kuipers led off with an infield-hit and moved on a wild pitch.
With two outs, Sergino Martis and Mike Bazuin hit back-to-back, RBI-doubles.
Twins was able to score two more runs in the top of the eighth.
With one out, Denzel Bryson walked and Jamie Verheyleweghen singled.
Bram Grooten followed with a runscoring single and a single by Dennis De Quint loaded the bases.
As UVV had a comfortable lead, Jurjen van Zijl was left in the game.
A force play-grounder by Melvin Perdue gave Twins its third run, but Van Zijl then closed with a strikeout.
In the top of the ninth, Van Zijl gave up a lead-off double to Gino Jonis, but he then retired the next three batters to end the game.
