 No Award for baseball-team Quick Amersfoort on local Gala

The baseball-team of Cityside Apartments Quick Amersfoort has not been voted Team of the Year in this years election for the best athletes in the city of Amersfoort.
On Monday (November 27), the best athletes in this city were crowded during the eighth edition of the Sportgala Amersfoort in the Flint-theater.
The event was hosted by Jeroen Stomphorst.
The baseball-team of Quick Amersfoort was one of three nonimees this year.
The team earned its nomination for having a successful season which resulted in promoting back to the highest league.
Next year, Quick Amersfoort will make its comeback in the big league.
The Award for Team of the Year went to KV Keistad Women, which won the Dutch Championship-title in kanopolo.
At the European Championship in Germany, the team finished in third place.
The third nominee for Team of the Year was Schoonderbeek Bouw ZPC Amersfoort Men (waterpolo).
Last year, the men softball-team of Quick Amersfoort was crowned as Team of the Year in Amersfoort for winning both the European Cup and the Dutch Championship.
