 Finale of Hoofddorp Pioniers vs. Amsterdam Pirates series also cancelled

The third and final game of the series between Hoofddorp Pioniers and L&D Amsterdam Pirates also was scrubbed.
The game was to be played in Hoofddorp on Saturday (June 2), but was cancelled in the morning due to the condition of the playing field because of rain in the previous days.
The opener on Thursday-evening was cancelled in the early afternoon after the field in Hoofddorp had become unplayable due to a heavy rainshower in the morning hours.
On Friday-afternoon, the weather was very acceptable with a good temperature and appeared to be favorable for the second game.
However, temperatures dropped in the late afternoon and it started raining around 6 PM, some one-and-a-half-hour before the scheduled start of the game.
The starting time was postponed for 45 minutes, but the game was eventually cancelled at 8 PM.
Thursday's game was re-scheduled for Tuesday, June 19.
Friday's game has been re-scheduled for Monday, June 18.
Today's game has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, June 26.
