Bears evens Korean Series

Doosan Bears won 7-3 against SK Wyverns on Monday (November 5) in Game 2 of the best-of-seven Korean Series to even the Championship Final, 1-1.
Wyverns opened the Series on Sunday also with a 7-3 victory.
Game 3 will played on Wednesday in Incheon, where the next three games will be played.
At Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul, Bears led 4-0 after four innings.
Wyverns then narrowed the deficit tp 4-3 in the following innings, but the home-team took more distance by scoring three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning.
American righthander Seth Frankoff started for the Bears and struckout ten batters in 6 2/3 inning to become the winning pitcher.
The 30-year old Frankoff plays professionally since 2010 and since then played in the Minor Leagues for Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.
In 2017, Frankoff pitched in one game (two innings) in the Major League for the Cubs.

Doosan Bears opened the score with one out in the bottom of the third inning off of starting pitcher Seung-Won Moon.
With runners on first and third base, a grounder by Soo-Bin Jung ended in a force play on second base.
A double play could not be completed as Jung reached first base in time and his grounder enabled runner Jae-Il Oh to score the first run from third base.
Bears lifted the lead to 4-0 in the fourth at bat.
Jae-Hwan Kim led off with a double and scored on a single by Eui-Ji Yang.
Hereafter, Joo-Hwan Choi followed with a 2-run homerun.
In the top of the fifth, Wyverns got one run back on a sacrifice fly by Kang-Min Kim.
In the seventh, the team narrowed the deficit to 4-3 by scoring two more runs.
With two outs and a runner on first base, a grounder by Sung-Hyun Kim ended in a throwing error, which led to runners on second and third base.
Both scored when Kang-Min Kim delivered a single.
When starter Seth Frankoff walked the next batter, Chi-Guk Park took over the pitching and closed with a strikeout.
The Bears then took more distance in the eighth inning.
With runners on first and third base, a run was scored on another single by Eui-Ji Yang.
The next run was added on a single Joo-Hwan Choi, who went on to score himself on a grounder by pinch-hitter Jin-Ho Jung to make it a 7-3 score.
