 Storks fills in for Brasschaat on Saturday in Nijmegen

Silicon Storks will participate coming Saturday (March 24) in the 30th edition of the MJFP Jan van de Vegte Memorial Tournament, which is organized annually by De Hazenkamp in Nijmegen.
The team from The Hague will fill in for the Belgian squad of Brasschaat Braves, which is unable to travel to Nijmegen on Saturday.
Initially, Storks was to participate coming weekend in a tournament in Brasschaat.
But that tournament fell through some time ago and Brasschaat went on to participate in the event in Nijmegen.
It also meant that Storks had no exhibition games scheduled for coming weekend.
However, Brasschaat Braves is unable to play on Saturday when it had one game scheduled in Nijmegen against Hoofddorp Pioniers, starting at 1 PM.
Instead, Storks will play that game.
On Sunday, Brasschaat then will play on Day 2 of the tournament against HCAW and host De Hazenkamp.
Storks agreed to play a game against Euro Stars on Sunday in Capelle a/d IJssel.
Last year, Brasschaat Braves was swept 3-0 in the best-of-five Belgian Championship Series by Borgerhout Squirrels.
