It became a new ball-game when Storks tied the score in the bottom of the fourth off of new pitcher Mike Groen. Both runs were unearned, as the DSS-defense committed two errors. Lead-off hitter Quinlan de Windt reached on an error and moved on a sacrfice bunt and a single by Runai Coran. In a double-steal situation, De Windt scored. Later, Coran scored the tying run when an error followed a single by Kendick Delima.

Storks broke the 6-6 score in the fifth inning by scoring two more runs. Giovanny Perez then led off with a single and scored on an one-out double by Quinlan de Windt. The latter scored moments later on a single by Jurrian Dijk.

An error enabled Joran Berkhout to score for Storks in the sixth inning and make it a 9-6 score.

Leading 9-7, Storks added two more runs in the final two at bats. In the eighth, Aldi Guzman led off with a single and scored on an one-out single by Sergio Schoop. In the ninth, Tyron de Windt opened with a double and scored on a double play-grounder.
