Japanese lefthander Yuto Onodera retired the side as starting pitcher for Twins Oosterhout in the bottom of the first inning.
He then gave up an unearned run in the next at bat.
Lead-off hitter Glennton Poulo reached on a bunt-single.
Next batter Quinlan de Windt also bunted to bring over Poulo.
However, Poulo appeared to be forced out on second base, but reached safely on a throwing error by Onodera.
With one out, Poulo scored on a single by Joost van den Bergh.
Storks-starter Jurrian Koks held Twins scoreless in the first three innings.
That could have been different in the top of the first inning.
Joshua Zara led off with a single, but was caught stealing.
Hereafter, Stijn Janssens tripled, but he stranded on third base.
With Storks leading 1-0, Janssens was left behind again on third base in the third at bat.
With two outs, he reached on an error, then advanced on a single by Dennis De Quint and stole third base.
Koks closed with a strikeout.
With runners on first and second base and one out in the fourth, Koks closed by striking out the next two batters.
Twins then struck with four runs on five basehits in the top of the fifth to turn the game around.
Joshua Zara led off with a single, then an error was made on a sacrifice bunt by Stijn Janssens.
Zara scored the tying run when Dennis De Quint followed with with a double and Twins took a 2-1 lead on a single by Jason Halman.
That led to a pitching change, as Sem Lauf took over from Jurrian Koks with runners at the corners.
A grounder by Yuki Yoshimura brought in the next run.
On Yoshimura's grounder, Halman advanced to second base, then moved to third on a single by Shurman Marlin.
When the latter was forced out on a grounder by Jamie Verheyleweghen, Halman scored the fourth run in the inning.
Hereafter, Twins got the bases loaded when Nick Peels singled and Jerzy van Gool walked.
The three were left behind when a line drive by Joshua Zara was caught.

From the fifth inning on, Storks got into scoring position in each inning, but was unable to score.
Twins got into scoring position only one more time, but then scored twice.
That was done with two outs in the eighth.
In the bottom of the fifth, Storks got close to a run.
With two outs and Roy Winkel (fielder's choice) on first base, Giovanny Perez walked.
The two moved on a wild pitch, but then a pop-fly ended the at bat, leaving the runners behind on second and third base.
After leaving a runner on second base in the sixth, Storks got close to the plate again in the seventh off of new pitcher Marvin Brown.
With Twins leading 4-1, Joost van den Bergh led off with a walk and advanced on a wild pitch.
Brown struckout the next two batters, but then walked Giovanny Perez.
Kevin Nieveld followed with an infield-hit to deep short.
Van den Bergh tried to score, but was eliminated at the plate.
Moments later, Twins added its two runs in the eighth.
Nick Peels led off with a walk, stole second base with one out, moved to third base on a grounder, then scored on a wild pitch.
Hereafter, Stijn Janssens walked and scored when an outfield-error followed on a single by next batter Dennis De Quint.
In the bottom of the eighth, Luuk Visser led off for Storks with a double, but was eliminated trying to advance on a grounder to third base by Glennton Poulo.
After the latter was awarded second base on a balk, Marvin Brown followed with a strikeout, then was relieved by Raf Cocu.
He saw Poulo move to third base on a wild pitch, but then closed with a strikeout.
That also ended the game, as the 10:30 PM curfew-time was reached.
According to the league-rules, no new inning can begin when that time has been reached.
