Twins Oosterhout reached base frequently in the first three innings off of Pioniers-starter Lars Broersen, but could score only one run.
Twins added a run in the fourth, but Pioniers turned the game around and won.
In the top of the first inning, Twins got the bases loaded with two outs.
Dennis De Quint then walked, Jason Halman singled and Arthur Bonevacia also walked.
They all stranded, as a grounder ended the at bat.
In the second inning, Twins got into scoring position again with two outs.
With one out, Jerzy van Gool singled.
He was forced on a grounder by Brian Biezen, who stole second base, then moved to third base on a single by Joshua Zara.
After the latter also stole second base, Broersen closed with a strikeout.
In the third inning, Twins opened the score, but again left three runners behind.
With one out, the bases got loaded when Jason Halman singled, Arthur Bonevacia walked and Shurman Marlin also delivered a single.
Hereafter, Jamie Verheyleweghen also singled to bring in the first run.
But hereafter, a strikeout and a force out ended the at bat.
Twins scored its second run off of reliever Daniel Vos.
He also got the bases loaded quickly, as he walked Joshua Zara and Yuki Yoshimura, then hit Dennis De Quint with a pitch.
Jason Halman then grounded into a double play, but this enabled Zara to score.
When Vos walked next batter Arthur Bonevacia, another pitching change followed.
Nick Loos took over and got an inning-ending flyout, meaning two more runners were left behind.
Pioniers left a runner behind in scoring position off of Twins-starter Jan Evertse in the second and third inning.
In the second, Joey Eeman reached on an error with one out and stole second base, but was left behind.
And in the third, Duco Nuijten led off with a single and moved to third base on a sacrifice bunt and a grounder, but also stranded.
After being retired in order in the fourth and now trailing 2-0, Pioniers scored a run in the fifth.
Tyler Boersma led off with a walk, advanced on a sacrifice bunt by Jaison Gijsbertha and a grounder by Duco Nuijten.
Boersma scored when Bodhi de Vreede followed with a single.

Twins got a chance to add another run in the sixth, but again left two runners behind, this time on second and third base.
Pioniers turned the game around in the bottom of the sixth.
Raul Jacobs led off with a single through the leftside of the infield, which led to an injury for short stop Dennis De Quint, who left the game.
Moments later, Jacobs was safe on a fielder's choice/sacrifice bunt by Nolan Beugeling.
With two runners on base, Japanese lefthander Yuto Onodera took over from Jan Evertse to make his big league-debut.
He saw the two runners advance on a sacrifice bunt by pinch-hitter Mervin Gario, then got the bases loaded when he walked Joey de Koning.
Hereafter, Tyler Boersma singled to bring in the tying run.
A following force play-grounder by Jaison Gijsbertha then gave Pioniers a 3-2 lead.
Onodera closed with two strikeouts, but Twins now trailed.
In the remaining three innings, Twins got some more baserunners, but was unable to re-take the lead.
In the seventh, Jamie Verheyleweghen led off with a single.
Paul Kirkpatrick then took over the pitching for Pioniers and was supported with a double play on a bunt.
The righthander then walked Brian Biezen, but he was eliminated moments later on a pick-off at first base.
With two outs in the eighth, Max Kops singled for Twins and stole second base, but Kirkpatrick closed with a strikeout.
In the bottom of the eighth, it was Pioniers that failed to do some extra scoring.
After Mervin Gario led off with a walk, Raf Cocu took over the pitching.
During the visit to the mound, Twins Head Coach Jeffrey Arends said something and was ejected by Home Plate Umpire Roy van de Wateringen.
Cocu began with a strikeout, then walked Tyler Boersma.
After another strikeout, Cocu gave up a single to Duco Nuijten, which loaded the bases.
A grounder ended the at bat.
Twins got two baserunners in the top of the ninth.
Arthur Bonevacia led off with a walk, but was caught steasling.
With two outs, Jamie Verheyleweghen walked.
He stole second base, then a grounder ended the game.
