 Netherlands Softball Team to play first game

The preliminary selection of the Netherlands National Women's Softball Team will play its first exhibition game on Wednesday, May 18.
The squad of Head Coach Juni Francisca then will meet an All Star Team at the site of Terrasvogels in Sanpoort-Zuid.
The game starts at 8 PM.
The All Star-squad will be coached by Nick Braakman (Head Coach Terrasvogels) and Peter van Dalen (Head Coach Oolders Omaco Sparks Haarlem).
The match-up is the opening game of this years Holland Tour, which is the annual series of exhibition games in which the National Team prepares itself for an upcoming international event.
In July, the Orange squad participates in the World Championship in Canada.
In the next games of the Holland Tour, the Netherlands Team will face men softball-teams and play at several locations.
