Softball transfer-period has almost ended

AMSTERDAM (Neth.) -
The annual transfer-period in Dutch softball has almost ended.
The transfer-period officially ends on Friday, December 1 at 5 PM.
When the transfer-period has ended, all transfers will become official.
As always, Grand Slam * Stats & News then will publish the complete list of transfers in the highest league.
For many years, the transfer-period ended on November 1 in both baseball and softball.
However, when the season ended in the second week of October a few years ago, it was decided to expand the transfer-period in softball to December 1.
And that has stayed so ever since, despite the fact that the seasons have ended earlier.
This year, the champion was crowned on September 24, which was one of the earliest dates ever!
A few days ago, the six teams that will play in the highest league (Golden League) next year all stated against Grand Slam * Stats & News that they are all ready for the new season and expect no more changes on their rosters.
As of now, 15 players have changed teams, but will play again in the Golden League in 2018.
Ten players, who played in the Golden League this season, opted to play for a team in the Silver League or at a lower level.
Also, seven players retired at the end of the season, while four foreign players returned home.
Seven players, who played in the Silver League, have joined a Golden League-team.
Who they are?
Take a look at the list that will be published on this site on Friday, December 1 at 5 PM.
