Neptunus avoids sweep; HCAW wins again

After losing the first two games, DOOR Neptunus avoided a 3-game sweep vs. Corendon Kinheim on Sunday by winning big 11-3 on 16 basehits, including four by Jeffrey Arends and a homerun by Dwayne Kemp.
Sparta-Feyenoord also registered a big victory, winning 15-5 in seven innings vs. UVV.
Sparta-Feyenoord also collected 16 basehits and had a leading hitter in Jourick Blanco, who had four hits and five RBI's.
After winning 5-4 in eleven innings on Saturday, Mr. Cocker HCAW today won again, this time beating Vaessen Pioniers 6-3.
League-leader L&D Amsterdam Pirates nipped ADO 2-1 to complete a 3-game sweep and a season's series 6-game sweep.
