LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (USA) -
After winning his first game of the season on Monday, Dutch pitcher Rick van den Hurk suffered his fourth loss on Saturday-evening, as the Norfolk Tides were beaten 10-1 by the Louisville Bats (Cincinnati Reds).
Van den Hurk made his fifth start of the season and threw four innings in which he gave up six hits, including a homerun, walked three batters and gave up six runs, including four in the fourth inning.
One of the runs Van den Hurk gave up was a result of a balk.
The righthander, who threw 69 pitches, struckout only one batter.
Louisville's short stop Zack Cozart (who went 5-for-5) set an organization-record by hitting four doubles in this game.
