 Euro Stars equals series vs. ADO

Euro Stars won 7-6 in 10 innings vs. ADO on Saturday to equal their best-of-five Promotion/Relegation Play-Off.
Game 3 will be played on Sunday at The Hague.
Euro Stars held a 3-0 lead after five innings, 5-2 after six innings and 6-4 when the ninth inning started, but then ADO scored twice with two outs to force an extra inning.
But Euro Stars then won in the tenth inning on a walk-off homerun by veteran Jeffrey Sprott.
In the first inning, Euro Stars scored twice and added a run on basesloaded hit by pitch in the second at bat to take an early lead.
ADO was held to only one basehit in the first five innings by Brendan Schoemaker (a single by Gino Henson in the fourth), but then scored twice in the sixth at bat.
With two outs, Schoemaker hit Greg Hassell and Gino Henson with a pitch, then both scored when Gyenuar Lopez tripled.
Euro Stars got both runs back in its sixth inning on a basesloaded hit by pitch and a sacrifice fly.
ADO added two more runs in the seventh inning on a double by Remco Seitzinger, but in the eighth, Euro Stars scored again to make it 6-4.
In the ninth, ADO tied the score on a grounder and single.
But after ADO left two runners in the top of the 10th inning, Euro Stars won the game in its tenth at bat when 36-year old veteran Jeffrey Sprott led off with a homerun against his former team (he played for ADO in 1998).
