(Story by Marco Stoovelaar) Two make-up games rain out again Nederlands HOOFDDORP / AMSTERDAM (Neth.) - Two of the three scheduled make-up games that were to be played on Tuesday-evening (May 11) were cancelled again due to rain. The lone game that was played was the meeting between Quick Amersfoort and Curaçao Neptunus in Amersfoort. Neptunus won 17-1 in seven innings. In Hoofddorp, Hoofddorp Pioniers was to host DSS/Kinheim, but that game already was cancelled in the morning. In Amsterdam, L&D Amsterdam Pirates was play at home against HCAW. That game was cancelled around 4:30 PM. All three games rained out last Saturday and were re-scheduled for tonight. However, there was more rain in the previous night and morning, which led to the cancellations. Both games are now re-scheduled for Tuesday, May 18. (May 11)
