Dutch Team completes another practice sessions
TAICHUNG (Taiwan) -
The Dutch Baseball Team conducted another full squad practice on Wednesday in Intercontinental Baseball Stadium in Taichung.
The practice is one of the final preparations for the upcoming World Baseball Classic, which opens on Saturday.
On Thursday, the Dutch Team plays its final exhibition game, meeting the CPBL University All Stars in Douliou.
Righthander Shairon Martis has been named as starting pitcher for this game.
On Friday, the Dutch Team has one more workout, which will be held in the stadium in Taichung.
The Dutch Team opens the Classic in Pool B on Saturday against South Korea.
