The inning could have ended moments later, but a foul pop-fly from Kevin Nieveld ended in an error and shortly thereafter, he walked.
The bases then got loaded when Nick Hofer was hit by a pitch.
The three runners were left behind when a grounder ended the at bat.
In the top of the second inning, Twins opened the score, but also stranded two runners in scoring position.
Ruendrick Piternella led off with a walk and stole second base.
With one out, he advanced on a single by Railison Bentura, then the bases got loaded when Nick Peels was hit by a pitch.
Hereafter, Peels was forced out on a grounder by Rayshelon Carolina, but that enabled Piternella to score.

In the fourth, Railison Bentura led off with a single, but was caught stealing.
Hereafter, Steven van Groningen retired nine consecutive batters.
With one out in the seventh, the righthander walked Nick Peels, but then was supported with a double play on a grounder by Rayshelon Carolina.
Van Groningen retired the side for the third time in the eighth inning.
DSS/Kinheim got a baserunner in almost all innings, but in the second through fourth inning, the Twins-defense eliminated them in a double play.
With one out in the second, Shaquille Zijlstra singled, then Bram Blokker grounded into a double play.
With one out in the third, Jochem Koedijk walked.
He was then eliminated in a double play moments after first baseman Shurman Marlin caught a pop-fly in foul territory from Jeldwin Orman.
And in the fourth, Kevin Nieveld led off with a walk and move on an one-out single by Marcel Tolenaars.
However, a third double play was then made in three innings on a grounder by Sem Kuijper.
After DSS/Kinheim was retired in order in the fifth (two strikeouts), the team came alongside in the bottom of the sixth.
Jochem Koedijk led off with a walk, then (with no outs) the bases got loaded via singles by Jeldwin Orman and Kevin Nieveld.
Koedijk then scored the tying run on a sacrifice fly by Matis Crouwel.
After a successful double-steal, Orman and Nieveld were left behind on third and second base.
In the seventh inning, DSS/Kinheim again got the bases loaded and took a 2-1 lead.
Marvin Brown took over the pitching from Sora Sakashita, but he walked lead-off hitter Shaquille Zijlstra.
His pinch-runner Koen Halderman was forced on a grounder by Bram Blokker, who moved into scoring position on a wild pitch.
When next batter Thomas Bos (who had struckout three times) also walked, another pitching change followed.
Pastor Enrique Martínez Chavez took over and got a flyout, but then gave up a single to Jeldwin Orman (his third in the game), which loaded the bases.
Next batter Kevin Nieveld also singled to bring in Blokker, put DSS/Kinheim ahead and reach base for the fourth time.
With the bases still loaded, a grounder by Matis Crouwel ended the inning.
Martínez retired the side in the bottom of the eighth.
With DSS/Kinheim now leading 2-1, Steven van Groningen walked Ruendrick Piternella with one out in the top of the ninth.
Hereafter, closer Robyn Clara was inserted.
He was greeted with a single from Jason Halman that gave Twins runners on first and third base.
The DSS/Kinheim-defense then save the day for the Haarlem-team.
Railison Bentura grounded to third baseman Kevin Nieveld.
That kept Piternella at third base, while Halman was forced out second base.
