Twins Oosterhout got its first two batters on base in the top of the first inning, but was unable to open the score.
The team then scored seven runs in the next two innings, which was enough for the win.
In the first inning, Storks-starter Nick Winkel walked lead-off hitter Tyriq Kemp, then gave up a single to Rayshelon Carolina.
But hereafter, a flyout and double play closed the at bat.

Five of the first six batters reached base safely in this at bat.
Ruendrick Piternella led off with a walk, then advanced on a flyout and scored on a single by Diamond Silberie.
Twins got runners at the corners when Nick Peels also singled.
Mick Vos followed with a runscoring single and Tyriq Kemp added a 2-run single to lift the lead to 4-0.
Three more runs were added in the third inning.
This time, Shurman Marlin led off with a walk, then Ruendrick Piternella hit his second double.

In the top of the fourth, Winkel walked lead-off hitter Rayshelon Carolina.
This was the third time, he issued a walk to a lead-off batter in four innings.
Hereafter, veteran righthander Martin Kram was inserted as reliever.
Kram pitched the remainder of the game and saw Twins get into scoring position only two more times.
That happened in the sixth inning.
With one out, Mick Vos singled and with two outs, pinch-hitter Max Kops also singled, which resulted in runners at second and third base.
A flyout ended the inning.
Twins Head Coach Jeffrey Arends used three pitchers, who all threw three innings.
In the first three innings, Storks got several scoring opportunities, but scored only once.
In the first inning, Joel Hernandez led off for Storks with a single off of Stefan Iannelli, who was his teammate two years ago when the two played for Tridents, the second team of Neptunus.
Hernandez moved on a grounder, then Luuk Visser walked, but a force play and pop-fly followed, leaving runners behind on second and third base.
In the second inning, two runners stranded on the same bases.
Giovanny Perez led off with a single, then Iannelli struckout the next two batters.
Rookie Jurian Hansen followed with his first big league-basehit.
A wild pitch moved the two runners, but they also were left behind.
After last season, Perez transfered to L&D Amsterdam Pirates, where he was on the roster until last weekend.
He played for the team during the short exhibition season, but then transfered back to Storks after completion of the In Memoriam Charles Urbanus Tournament in Bussum on July 19.
Perez was eligible to play again for his former team since Opening Day last Thursday.
Trailing 7-0, Storks scored what would be its lone run in the game in the bottom of the third inning.
Stephen Henson, the son of Head Coach Eugene Henson, led off with a walk, then advanced on a wild pitch.
With one out, he was awarded third base when a balk was called and moments later, he scored on a sacrifice fly by Ibrahin Redan.
In the fourth inning, rookie Finn Kops took over the Twins-pitching.
He allowed only two batters to reach base, who both stranded on first base.
As Iannelli didn't pitch the required five innings as starting pitcher, he could not become the winning pitcher.
As the score didn't change in the remainder of the game and Twins remained ahead, Kops was credited with the win.
Raf Cocu threw the final three innings for Twins.
With two outs in the seventh, he walked Joel Hernandez and gave up a single to Stephen Henson, but they were left behind on first and third base.
In the next two innings, only one more Storks-batter would reach base, but not get into scoring position.
As Cocu threw the required three innings as closer, he was credited with a save.
