Last year, Sherten (who turns 22 this week) made his debut in the Major League.
He is a third baseman, but can also play at first base.
Both Apostel-brothers were born on Curaçao.

In 41 games, he batted .250 with six homeruns, 29 runs batted in and 15 runs scored.
In 2019, Apostel played for the same team in the Dominican Republic and then appeared in 27 games, hitting .256 with five homeruns, 16 RBI's and 16 runs scored.
Last year, the entire Minor League-season was cancelled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Duane Underwood Jr. appeared in 30 Major League-games for Chicago in 2018-2020, which included one start.
In these seasons combined, the righthander was 1-1 with a 5.20 ERA.
