Quick Amersfoort encountered no problems in today's game. After three scoreless innings, the team went on to score runs and finish the game in the eighth via the mercy-rule. Winning pitcher Jhan Rifaela dominated, threw seven solid innings and gave up only one basehit.

Rifaela retired the first nine batters he faced, three of them with a strikeout. The lefthander then walked lead-off hitter Marnix Ruben in the top of the fourth, but he was caught stealing moments later. Rifaela then also walked next batter Thijmen Peters, but he stranded on first base, as two flyouts followed.

Twins also got on base in the fifth. Gijs van Zalingen led off with a walk, but he was forced out on second base on a 2-out grounder by Esra van den Berg.

The Oosterhout-team then got four baserunners in the top of the sixth, but none of them was able to score. Bo Kops led off with a double, which broke the No-Hitter and remained the lone hit for Twins. Next batter Marnix Ruben reached on an error, which kept Kops at second base. Three grounders followed. First, Ruben was eliminated at second base on a grounder by Thijmen Peters. That moved Kops to third base, but was unable to score when Peters was forced out at second base on a grounder by Jerzy van Gool. A grounder by Berend Ruben then ended the at bat and Kops stranded on third base.

Twins was retired in order in the seventh by Jhan Rifaela, then again the eighth by reliever Jan-Willem Geerts.

Twins-starter Jan van de Hurk encountered no problems in his first three innings. He gave up a lead-off single to Jordy Burger in the bottom of the first inning, but he was caught stealing. The righthander gave up an one-out single to Ibrahin Redan in the second, but then was supported with a double play. Quick got another baserunner in the third when Pascal Zegwaard led off with a single. But he was picked-off first base by Van de Hurk.

Quick Amersfoort then struck with a 4-run rally with two outs in the bottom of the fourth. With one out and Luca Muller (fielder's choice) on first base, Alex Madera delivered a double. A flyout accounted for the second out. With first base open, a force play was created by walking Ibrahin Redan intentionally. However, the force play didn't come. Instead, Rodney Daal and Pascal Zegwaard delivered with back-to-back 2-run doubles.

Quick added three more runs in the fifth. With one out, the bases got loaded thanks to Jordy Burger (single), Luca Muller (walk) and Alex Madera (single). A force play-grounder by Jorge Hernandez Morantes followed. Madera was eliminated, but Burger scored. An error on a grounder by next batter Ibrahin Redan then led to two more runs and lifted the lead to 7-0.

Sydney Hoeverts took over the Twins-pitching in the bottom of the sixth. He retired the side in both the sixth and seventh inning.

Quick reached the 10-run difference in the bottom of the eighth by scoring three runs off of new pitcher Tobias Cox. Jorge Hernandez Morantes led off with a single, then the bases got loaded when Alden Stacie walked and Rodney Daal reached on an error. Cox followed with a strikeout, but then gave up a runscoring single to Marvin Jakobus. The next run was scored when Amar van Zwieten was hit by a pitch. With the bases still loaded, the game ended with a walk-off single by Jordy Burger, which made it a 10-0 score. Burger was 4-for-5 in this game.
