Storks and the second team of Twins Oosterhout kept each other in balance in the first five innings.
But then, Storks decided the game with a 7-run rally in the sixth inning.
Storks was the home-team tonight, but the game was played at the site of Twins, as there is no light-installation at the home-site of Storks in The Hague.
There were only eight basehits (three by Twins, five by Storks) in tonight's game, which was slowpaced.
But there fourteen walks (nine by Twins-pitchers, five by Storks-pitchers).
And there were seven errors.
Six of them were made by the Storks-defense and despite that, the team able to limited Twins to only three runs.
In the first inning, both teams got only three batters, but it was Twins that reached base first in that at bat.
Marnix Ruben led off for Twins, reached on an error, but then was caught stealing.
Storks opened the score in the bottom of the second inning off of starter Lucas den Duijn.
The righthander gave up a lead-off single to Edvin Yrausquin, who then was awarded second base on a balk and moved to third base via a wild pitch.
With one out, he scored when an error was made on a grounder by Raibiently Mercalina.

Twins answered with two runs in the top of the third inning off of Storks-starter Darryl Jamoena.
The righthander walked lead-off hitter Dick van Heesch, who was moved into scoring position via a sacrifice bunt by Stefan Schoonheydt.
Twins got runners at the corners when an error was made on a grounder by next batter Marnix Ruben, who stole second base moments later.
That was followed by a runscoring single by Gijs van Zalingen.
He also went on to steal second and when that was followed by an error, Ruben was able to score the go-ahead run.
With two outs, Twins got another baserunner when Berend Ruben also reached on an error, but a force play ended the at bat.
The 2-1 lead was shortlived, as Storks immediately came alongside in the bottom of the third inning.
With one out, Joshua Ernestina walked, Luis Gonzalez Garay singled and Kevin van Veen also walked.
The first then scored when another balk was called on Lucas den Duijn, but the other two were left behind.
In the bottom of the fourth, Storks re-took the lead off of new pitcher Thijs Rijpstra.
He began by walking Raibiently Mercalina and Quinten Rigters, but followed with a strikeout.
After the two runners had executed a double-steal, they both scored on a single by Ruben Scheurkogel.
Again, the Twins-team was able to do something back and scored a run in the top of the fifth.
With two outs, the Storks-defense made two errors.
First, on an error on a hit by Thijmen Peters, who went on to score when another error followed on a hit by next batter Berend Ruben.
With that, Storks was still leading only 4-3 after five complete innings.
But in the remainder of the game, Twins was kept scoreless, while Storks staged a 7-run rally in the sixth at bat.
In the top of the sixth, Twins was unable to do some scoring, as it got the bases loaded.
Sydney Hoeverts led off with a single, but was picked off first base moments later by Darryl Jamoena.
When next batter Ben van Dulken walked, Obed Hernandez took over the pitching for Storks.
He got a flyout, but also got the bases loaded when he walked Stefan Schoonheydt and Marnix Ruben.
Gijs van Zalingen followed with a line drive, but that was caught by third baseman Raibiently Mercalina.
With that, the inning ended and the three runners were left behind.
Storks then decided the outcome with the 7-run rally off of two pitchers in the sixth.
There was only one basehit in this at bat, but five Storks-batters reached on a walk, while three other were hit by a pitch.
Tobias Cox was the new pitcher for Twins, but he saw the first three batters reach base.
The righthander walked Quinten Rigters, then hit both Kevin Knape and Ruben Scheurkogel with a pitch.
Another pitching change was then made by Twins Head Coach Rob Hendriks, who himself played several seasons in the Dutch big league for Sparta.
Zeb Cappaert was inserted, but he also couldn't stop Storks from scoring.
Last year, the Belgian righthander participated in the European Under-23 Championship in Italy, along with his Twins-teammates Stefan Schoonheydt and Matthew Joossens.
Cappaert walked the first batter he faced, Joshua Ernestina, which led to the first run in this at bat.
He then struckout the next batter, but saw another run being scored when he hit Kevin van Veen with a pitch.
A fielder's choice grounder by Edvin Yrausquin produced the next run.
Again, Cappaert recovered and followed with a strikeout.
But with two outs, Storks would add four more runs.
First, two runs were scored on a single by Raibiently Mercalina.
Hereafter, Storks got the bases loaded again when Quinten Rigters walked again in his second at bat in this inning.
After a wild pitch led to the next run, the bases got loaded once more when another walk followed, this time for Kevin Knape.
Cappaert then walked his fourth batter, Ruben Scheurkogel, which gave Storks another run and lifted the lead to 11-3.
With the bases still loaded, a grounder ended the long at bat.
As the curfew-time of 10:30 PM was now approaching, it became clear that the seventh inning was to be the final at bat in this game.
Twins got one more baserunner.
Thijmen Peters led off with a single, which was only the third Twins-basehit in this game.
He would move to third base on two wild pitches.
But in the meantime, Obed Hernandez got two outs.
With Peters on third base, Johannes Verroen Garcia was inserted as new pitcher by Storks Head Coach Eugene Henson.
Verroen closed the at bat with a strikeout.
And that also ended the game.
Storks-starter Darryl Jamoena was the winning pitcher by pitching 5 1/3 inning in which he gave up three unearned runs.
For the righthander, this was his first win of the season.
In the regular season in the big league (first and second half combined), Jamoena was 0-11.
