Quick Amersfoort initially appeared to be en route to another comfortable win.
The team led 7-1 halfway the sixth inning and there were no problems.
But Storks then suddenly came back by scoring eight runs in the bottom of the sixth to take a 9-7 lead.
Moments later, Quick came alongside and went on to decide the game in the tenth inning.
In today's game, three Storks-pitchers walked seven batters.

With the bases still loaded, a double play ended the at bat.
Quick was retired in order by Twan Naessens in the first inning, then left a runner behind on second base in the second inning.

After a successful double-steal, they were left behind.
But in the top of the fifth inning, Quick rallied for four runs, three of which were scored with two outs.
Jordy Burger opened with a walk and Emeron Lourens reached on an infield-hit.
Burger went on to score the go-ahead run on a single by Alex Madera.
Thereafter, the bases got loaded when Jorge Hernandez Morantes also singled.
With two outs, Twan Naessens threw a wild pitch that enabled Lourens to score and Rodney Daal followed with a 2-run single to put Quick ahead, 5-1.
Quick added two more runs in the sixth inning, again with two outs, off of new pitcher Darryl Jamoena.

Both scored on a following single by Jorge Hernandez.
After having given up the run in the first inning, Johnaikel Acosta allowed no runs in the next four at bats.
In this span, Storks got one runner in scoring position, while the Quick-defense turned two double plays.
With Quick leading 7-1, Storks rallied for eight runs in the bottom of the sixth to take the lead for the second time.
In the at bat, there were only two basehits.

With one out, the bases got loaded when Shurensley Daantji singled.
The first run in the at bat was then scored when Sem Cloo reached on an error.
Hereafter, the next five batters also would reach base, resulting in five more runs.
The second run was scored when Mike van den Berg was hit by a pitch.
Van den Berg is one of the pitchers for Storks, but today, he was the first baseman.
He is the scheduled starter for Sunday's third game.
Moments later, Storks scored its next run when Jurian Hansen walked.
With still three runners on base, Alden Stacie took over the pitching for Quick.
However, he also encountered problems with his control.
Stacie hit both Raibiently Mercalina and Kevin van Veen with a pitch and so, two more runs were scored, narrowing Quick's lead to 7-6.
Hereafter, Stacie walked Edvin Yrausquin, which led to the tying run and another pitching change.
Jasper Popken became the third pitcher in this inning.
He got a flyout from Sigmar Eustacia.
That became a sacrifice fly and not only Mercalina scored, but also Van Veen, which put Storks ahead 9-7.
Another flyout ended the long at bat.
However, for the second time, the lead of Storks was shortlived, as Quick came alongside in the top of the seventh by scoring two unearned runs.
With two outs, Irving Redan reached on an error, then scored on a single by Amar van Zwieten.
The latter then scored the tying run when a throwing error was made on a grounder by next batter Jordy Burger.
He stranded on second base, but the score was now 9-9.
Leftfielder Edvin Yrausquin took over the pitching for Storks in the top of the eighth.

With one out, Amar van Zwieten also walked.
Jordy Burger followed with a runscoring double.
Daal scored, but Van Zwieten was eliminated at the plate when he also tried to score.
A grounder ended the at bat, but Quick had taken the lead for the second time.
Storks left runners behind on first base in the seventh and eighth inning, then got a chance to come alongside in the bottom of the ninth and almost did so.
Kelvin Knape and Shurensley Daantji began the at bat with singles.
After Jasper Popken had struckout pinch-hitter Obed Hernandez, he got the bases loaded when Mike van den Berg reached on an error.
With that, Van den Berg was not the lone pitcher who played in another position for Storks, as Hernadez batted for the designated hitter in this at bat.
With the bases loaded, Jurian Hansen flied out to centerfield and Knape took off from third base to score the tying run.
However, Quick appealed that the runner had left the base too early.
Knape indeed was called out and that ended the game.
