(Story by Marco Stoovelaar) Starting Pitchers coming postseason-series Nederlands AMSTERDAM - Coming Thursday-evening (September 1), the next 3-game series opens in the Major League/First Division Pilot-Pool. This will be the third series in this newly created Pool. Last weekend, HCAW became the second team to reach the all-deciding best-of-seven Holland Series by winning the best-of-five Play-Off against defending champion L&D Amsterdam Pirates. For HCAW, it is the first time since 2005 that it will play again in the Championship-Final. In the Holland Series, HCAW meets Curaçao Neptunus, which qualified a week earlier. The Holland Series opens on Thursday, September 8. Beneath are the announced starters for the games in the upcoming series. As always, these assignments can change on game-days.
