With that, she returns to the club, where she began her career.
It was with DSS that she made her debut in the big league, playing in only one game in the 2010 season.
DSS relegated that season, then played in the second highest division in the next two years.
Dominique also played for DSS in those seasons, but also made her comeback in the big league during the 2012 season while playing in six games for the Dutch Junior Team.
Hereafter, she played for Olympia Haarlem since the 2013 season.
In both 2013 and 2014, she also was a member of the Junior-squad that played in the highest division.
2013 was her first full season in the big league.
She then batted .344 while playing for Olympia Haarlem, appearing in 44 games, scoring 21 runs and batting in 35.
With the Juniors, she batted .385 that season.
In 2013, she also was a regular pitcher at Olympia, finishing with a 6-5 record.
Also in 2013, she participated in the World Junior Championship in Canada with the Dutch National Junior Team.
In 2014, she batted .299, playing in 24 games for Olympia and added nine games in the Junior-squad, hitting .550 (11-for-20).
This season, Dominique Sprengers played in only 12 games for Olympia Haarlem.
In May, she returned home from her first season season at Highland Community College in Highland, Kansas.
In August, she left Olympia Haarlem again to return to the States for her second season with the Scotties.
In her twelve games in Haarlem, she batted .200.
Earlier this week, DSS announced that pitcher Dagmar Bloeming and outfielders Nathalie Gosewehr and Areke Spel also are coming to DSS.
This season, they won the Dutch championship-title with Oolders Omaco Sparks Haarlem.
