 Final Four in the end of September

The 2-day European Cup Final Four will take place on September 29 and 30 at a yet to be determined site.
Last week, Dutch champion L&D Amsterdam Pirates qualified for the Final Four by finishing in second place in San Marino behind Fortitudo Bologna from Italy.
In Rotterdam (Netherlands), Caffè Danesi Nettuno (Italy) and Rouen Huskies (France) qualified.
The last days there have been several talks with the four teams that qualified to come to both the playing dates as well as a playing site.
At that became a difficult task.
Not only because of the regular seasons in the respective countries, but of course we also have the European Baseball Championship in The Netherlands in September to be followed by the World Baseball Classic Qualifier in Regensburg (Germany).
In the end, the European Federation (CEB) decided that September 29 and 30 will be the playing dates.
The teams now have until June 20 to react regarding the organisation.
Amsterdam Pirates already informed the CEB of its interest to host the Final Four in September.
