 Vaessen Pioniers honors Co Pikee

The baseball-team of Vaessen Pioniers this season will honor Co Pikee, as his initials 'CP' will be added on the caps of players and coaches.
With this, the team honors the man, who has done a lot for the squad over the years.
Co Pikee was affiliated with the baseball-team for more than 30 years and was its team manager for a long time.
But he also handled the clubhouse, was involved in talks with sponsors and was the contactperson for the foreign players.
Besides that, Co also served as member of the board for the club.
On January 2, Co Pikee passed away at the age of 59.
During its annual club-meeting on March 11, Hoofddorp Pioniers posthumously named Co Pikee Member of Merit.
