Neptunus settled things early, scoring three runs in the third inning off of starter David Bergman.
And with that, the Rotterdam-squad took a quick comfortable lead and never looked back.
However, it was Kinheim that first threatened to do have something in the making in the first inning off of lefthander Diegomar Markwell.
But while having four baserunners, only one of them reached second base.
With one out, the veteran hurler gave up a single to Mervin Gario, but he was forced out on a following grounder by Bryan Engelhardt.
He advanced when Phil Ortez walked, but then another force out followed on a grounder by Dashenko Ricardo, leaving two runners behind.
In the second inning, with one out, Dudley Leonora reached on an error, but hereafter, Markwell struckout Niels van Weert and Jochem Koedijk.
From that point on, Markwell dominated in the next innings.
Beginning with the strikeout on Van Weert, the lefhander retired the next eleven batters in a row.
Neptunus initially also stranded two runners in the opening at bat off of Bergman.
With one out, Benjamin Dille singled and Raily Legito walked.
The two moved on a grounder by Gianison Boekhoudt, but stranded on second and third base when Bergman ended the inning by striking out Christian Diaz.
After being retired in order in the second inning, Neptunus struck in the third at bat.
With one out, Dwayne Kemp doubled and Benjamin Dille walked.
Hereafter, Raily Legito and Gianison Boekhoudt both delivered runscoring singles to open the score.
A following sacrifice fly by Christian Diaz then lifted the lead to 3-0.
The home team added a run in the fourth.
Gyenuar Lopez led off with a double.
A sacrifice bunt-attempt by Shaldimar Daantji then ended in a bunt-single when Bergman skid while fielding the ball.
With Lopez now on third base, the Kemp-brothers were then eliminated, but an error on a force play-grounder by Benjamin Dille then enabled Lopez to score.
Kinheim ended Markwell's string of eleven retired batters in a row in the top of the sixth inning and also scored.
Kevin Moesquit then led off with a single.
Hereafter, Mervin Gario struckout, then Moesquit got into scoring position on a grounder by Bryan Engelhardt.
Moments later, he scored when Phil Ortez singled.
Neptunus answered with two runs of its own in the bottom of the sixth to take more distance.
But again, a defensive error contributed to the scoring.
Shaldimar Daantji and Urving Kemp led off with singles, then the first advanced to third base when Dwayne Kemp flied out.
After Benjamin Dille also had flied out, the bases got loaded when Raily Legito walked.
The two runs were then scored when an error was made on a grounder by Gianison Boekhoudt, which could have ended the inning.
Instead, Neptunus now led 6-1.
In the bottom of the seventh inning, Pim Walsma took over the pitching for Bergman.
He walked Gyenuar Lopez with one out, saw him steal second base, but then got two outs.
In the top of the eighth, Kinheim got a chance of doing something back.
Jochem Koedijk led off with a double and Kevin Moesquit reached on an infield-hit that prevented Koedijk from advancing.
The two then did advance when Mervin Gario flied out.
But hereafter, Markwell struckout Bryan Engelhardt and a grounder ended the at bat.
Neptunus added another run in the bottom of the eighth off of Arshwin Asjes, again thanks to an error.
With one out, Benjamin Dille reached on a throwing error, then advanced to third base on a single by Raily Legito.
The Belgian player scored the seventh Neptunian run on a grounder by Gianison Boekhoudt.
Markwell, who struckout seven batters, had done his job in eight innings and was relieved by Kevin Kelly in the top of the ninth inning.
He gave up an one-out single to Jeffrey Arends, but that was to be all, as a flyout and groundout ended the inning and the game.
