Game 3 Holland Series rains out
Nederlands
HAARLEM (Neth.) -
The third game of the best-of-seven Holland Series between Corendon Kinheim and Curaçao Neptunus, scheduled to be played tonight (Thursday, September 17) in Haarlem, has been cancelled due to heavy rain and an unplayable field.
Throughout the morning and most of the afternoon, sometimes heavy rainshowers traveled across the country.
And with that, these showers blanked the playing field of the Pim Mulier Stadium, the home of Kinheim in Haarlem.
The game has been re-scheduled for tomorrow-evening (Friday, September 18) and then also will start at 7:30 PM.
The Holland Series opened last weekend with two games in Rotterdam.
Reigning champion Neptunus won both games.
On Saturday, Neptunus opened with a 7-1 victory, then also won Game Two on Sunday, 9-2.
