Kevin Moesquit led off with a single and Mervin Gario walked.
With one out, Dudley Leonora singled down the leftfield-line to bring in the first run, then Jeffrey Arends followed with another RBI-single.
A grounder by Dashenko Ricardo then made it 3-0 and an error on a grounder by Sven van der Sanden accounted for the fourth run.
Kinheim was then held scoreless in the next three innings by Simons, who retired eight batters in a row from the first through fourth inning.
With one out in the fourth, he gave up a single to Niels van Weert, who stole second base and advanced on a throwing error, but then stranded on third base.
Kinheim added two runs in the fifth.

In the seventh inning, Glenn Wassink took over in his first appearance since being hit by a line drive on May 3.
He gave up a lead-off single to Tim Roodenburg, then a 2-out single to Odion Gouverneur, but both stranded.
Wassink retired the side in the eighth and saw The Hawks leave a runner on third base in the ninth, as a groundout ended the game.
