Orlando Yntema allowed only two batters of UVV to reach base in the five innings he pitched.
The righthander retired the first six batters he faced, then walked Jamie Verheyleweghen to start the third inning.
The Belgian even advanced to third base on two consecutive grounders, but then was left behind when Yntema ended the at bat with a strikeout.
In the fourth inning, Yntema walked Dennis De Quint with two outs, but he stranded on first base.
After retiring the side in the fifth inning, Yntema was done for the day, despite pitching a No-Hitter and needing only 65 pitches in the five innings he threw.
,,Orlando didn't feel that well, so we didn't take any risks with the European Cup Tournament ahead of us and replaced him out of precaution'', Head Coach Evert-Jan 't Hoen stated.
,,Hey, but a combined No-Hitter is just as fun to have.
It's a great accomplishment''.
In its next series, Neptunus closes the first half of the regular season against L&D Amsterdam Pirates in a 3-game series (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) that will decide first and second place.
On June 2, both teams will open the European Cup Tournaments.
Neptunus at home in Rotterdam, Amsterdam in Paris (France).
In the sixth inning, Jorian van Acker took over and retired the side.
Loek van Mil then took the mound in the seventh.
The tall righthander walked Omar Williams with two outs, but then also closed with a strikeout.
The seventh would be the last inning of the game, as Neptunus would reach the 10-run difference in home half of the inning.
Neptunus opened the score with one run in the first inning off of starter Jim Ploeger.
With one out, Benjamin Dille singled, advanced on a passed ball and a grounder, then scored on a single by Gianison Boekhoudt.

Ploeger then struckout the side in the second inning, but the lefthander gave up the second Neptunus-run in the third bat bat.
He gave up a lead-off single to Shaldimar Daantji, then walked Benjamin Dille with one out.
Moments later, Daantji was caught stealing at third base, then Raily Legito reached on an infield-hit and the bases got loaded when Gianison Boekhoudt was hit by a pitch.
Next, an infield-hit by Dwayne Kemp led to the run, but Neptunus left the bases loaded when a grounder ended the at bat.
A 6-run rally followed in the fourth inning.
Urving Kemp led off with a single and stole second base, then advanced on an one-out single by Shaldimar Daantji.
A run was then scored on a following single by Stijn van der Meer, who played in his first game of the season for Neptunus.
Earlier in the week, Van der Meer had returned home after completing his college-season in the USA.
An error on a grounder by Benjamin Dille loaded the bases, then two runs were scored on a double by Raily Legito.
Next, Dille scored when a grounder by Gianison Boekhoudt ended in an error, which also enabled Legito to score.
Boekhoudt then moved to third base on a double by Dwayne Kemp, which led to a pitching change.
New pitcher Kevin Noordzij then saw the next run being scored on a sacrifice fly by Rien Vernooij, that increased the lead to 8-0.
Neptunus was held scoreless in the next two innings, but then reached the 10-run difference in the seventh.
Urving Kemp reached on an error, then pinch-hitter Adrian Anthony walked.
After a pitching change, the bases got loaded when Christian Diaz singled.
With one out, both Kemp and Anthony scored when Diaz was forced out at second base on a grounder by Benjamin Dille and that ended the game.
