HCAW took an early lead in the top of the first inning, thanks to two extra-basehits.
Twins Oosterhout-starter Koen Postelmans gave up a lead-off double to Jeandro Tromp, who moved to third base on a wild pitch with one out.
After Tromp had scored on a grounder by Patrick Bok, next batter Arthur Bonevacia homered to make it a 2-0 score.
Twins answered with four runs in the bottom of the first inning off of HCAW-starter Nick Keur.
Tyriq Kemp led off with a bunt-single, which was followed by a throwing error.
With one out, Keur got the bases loaded when he hit Junior Martina with a pitch and gave up a single to Shurman Marlin.
The lefthander then gave up a double to Jason Halman, which tied the score.
Hereafter, Marlin scored the go-ahead run on a grounder by Ruendrick Piternella.
With two outs, a walk for Diamond Silberie ended in a passed ball, which gave Twins runners on first and third base.
Moments later, Silberie stole second base and when that was followed by a throwing error, Halman scored the next run.
HCAW reacted immediately by scoring twice in the second inning to come alongside.
Pascal Zegwaard led off with a single, stole second base and scored on a double by Raibiëntly Mercalina.
After the latter moved to third base on a grounder by Jeandro Tromp, he scored the tying run on a single by Berend Ruben, who was later caught stealing to end the inning.
HCAW then took a 5-4 lead by scoring an unearned run in the top of the third.
Arthur Bonevacia led off with a single and was awarded second base when a balk was called.
With one out, Linoy Croes lined out to second baseman Tyriq Kemp.
With two outs, Bonevacia moved to third base when a grounder by next batter Kevin Dirksen ended in a throwing error.
A double-steal attempt followed.
While Dirksen was caught stealing, Bonevacia scored before the runner was tagged out.
This time, it was Twins that tied the score in the fourth.
Ruendrick Piternella led off with a walk, but was caught stealing.
Hereafter, the bases got loaded.
First, Diamond Silberie and Jerzy van Gool singled, then everyone was safe on a fielder's choice-grounder by Mick Vos.
When that was followed by an error, Silberie scored the tying run.
Vos was forced out, then Twins left runners behind on first and third base.
With two outs in the top of the fifth, Arthur Bonevacia doubled for HCAW and Rodney Daal walked, but they were left behind.
Twins then took the lead in the bottom of the fifth by scoring twice.
With one out, Shurman Marlin walked and he scored with two outs when Ruendrick Piternella homered.
From this moment on, the game had turned the way of Twins Oosterhout.
HCAW was held scoreless from the fourth inning on, while Twins added five more runs later in the game.
Rookie Chris Stuart took over the HCAW-pitching in the sixth.
Last season, Stuart made his big league-debut while playing for Amsterdam Pirates.
He transfered to HCAW after the season, but has been on the disabled list for most of this year.
Today, he made his first appearance in a HCAW-uniform.
The lefthander walked Mick Vos and Tyriq Kemp, but after a flyout accounted for the first out, Stuart struckout the next two batters in his lone inning on the mound.
Johannes Verroen Garcia became the new pitcher for HCAW in the seventh.
He gave up four runs, three of them unearned.
Verroen walked lead-off hitter Jason Halman, then gave up a double to Ruendrick Piternella.
Hereafter, Halman scored on a sacrifice fly by Diamond Silberie.
After Verroen struckout the next batter, he walked pinch-hitter Railison Bentura.
A wild pitch gave Twins runners on second and third base, then the bases got loaded when Tyriq Kemp also walked.
The inning then could have ended hereafter, but a throwing error was then made on a grounder by pinch-hitter Nick Peels, which resulted in two runs.
The next run was added on a single by Junior Martina.
Another pitching change followed.
Jasper Elfrink took over and got an inning-ending grounder.
Twins now led 11-5.
Twins scored its twelfth run in the bottom of the eighth off of Elfrink.

With Twins leading 7-5, Thijs Steenwijk took over the pitching in the sixth.
He walked lead-off hitter Kevin Dirksen, but he was forced out.
In the seventh, HCAW got its first two batters on base off of new pitcher Raf Cocu.
Berend Ruben led off with a single, then Bob van der Meer walked, but they stranded on second and first base.
In the next bat, the Bussum-team again got two baserunners.
Kevin Dirksen led off with a walk and with two outs, he moved into scoring position on a wild pitch.
When next batter Jeandro Tromp walked, Twins Head Coach Jeffrey Arends made another pitching change.
Pastor Enrique Martínez Chavez took over and got a force play-grounder that ended the inning.
In the top of the ninth, Martínez retired the first two batters.
He then gave up a single to Rodney Daal, but a grounder ended the game.
