Game 1
The opener had an interesting line score.
Amsterdam Pirates struck quickly with three runs in the opening at bat, then Roef! came alongside immediately.
While the home team took the lead in the next at bat, it couldn't take enough distance and so the Amsterdam-squad kept narrowing the deficit.
Roef! led only 7-6 after four innings, but then added two insurance runs to win 9-6.
Amsterdam Pirates outhit Roef! 15-12, but also left ten runners behind, including six in scoring position.

For Roef!, Wies Ligtvoet hit four of her team's twelve basehits, while Eva van Knegsel had three, including a homerun.
In the first inning, Josephine Rommens led off with a walk and an error on a sacrifice bunt by Judith Diepeveen led to runners at the corners.
An infield-hit by Rhowan Stuart was then followed by another error, which in the end led to two runs and an out.
With Pirates leading 2-0, Maja Kouwenhoven, Dana Rodermans and Sophie van Oostvoorn all singled to make it 3-0, but then two runners stranded.
Roef! came alongside in its first at bat.
Wies Ligtvoet led off with a bunt-single, then moved on a grounder.
Next, Eva van Knegsel drove the ball into centerfield for a 2-run inside-the-park-homerun!
The bases then got loaded when Charlotte Haen and Jasmin Kaiaruna walked and Sophie Mollee singled.
A sacrifice fly by Nathalie Hosten then tied the score.
After Pirates left two runners in the second inning, Roef! scored twice moments later.
Ennia Ballardini (error) and Wies Ligtvoet (bunt-single) then scored on a 2-out triple by Charlotte Haen.
Amsterdam got one run back in the third when Dana Rodermans led off with a walk, moved on a sac-bunt, stole third base and scored on single by Uchenna Jong Loy.
Later in the at bat, the latter tried to score on a single by Josephine Rommens, but was thrown out at the plate to end the inning.
In the bottom of the third, Roef! took a little more distance by scoring two more runs.
Nathalie Hosten (walk) and Ennia Ballardini (single) then both scored on a 2-out triple by Wies Ligtvoet to make it 7-4.
The suspense was building again in the top of the fourth when Amsterdam scored two runs to narrow the deficit to 7-6.
Judith Diepeveen and Rhowan Stuart led off with back-to-back triples, then a grounder by Maja Kouwenhoven brought in the next run.
With two outs, Sophie van Oostvoorn singled and Uchenna Jong Loy walked.
Ragna Stegenga then singled.
Van Oostvoorn tried to score the tying run, but was thrown out at the plate on a nice throw from centerfielder Eva van Knegsel to end the inning.
Roef! then scored another run in the bottom of the fifth.
With two outs, Wies Ligtvoet reached on her third bunt-single and went on to score on a single by Ilse van Kerkoerle.
After Roef!-pitcher Marjolein Merkx was supported with a double play in the sixth inning, her teammates added an insurance run in the home half of the sixth.
That again happened with two outs when Gini Ketelaars delivered an RBI-double.
While Roef! was now leading 9-6, the suspense wasn't over quite yet.
In the top of the seventh, Sophie van Oostvoorn led off with a single.
With one out, an error followed on sacrifice bunt by Ragna Stegenga, then a grounder brought the two runners to second and third base.
But the game then ended when a groundout followed.
