Terrasvogels opened the score in the first at bat off of starter Cheyenne Scheffer. Lead-off hitter Kimberly Jones was hit by a pitch, stole second base, then scored on a following single by Ella Krommendijk. The latter advanced when an outfield-error followed. The bases got loaded when Jessie van Aalst walked and Marisèla de Wind also was hit a pitch. A wild pitch then led to the second run.

Two unearned were added in the second inning. With two outs, Kimberly Jones (fielder's choice) and Ella Krommendijk (single) both scored when an error was made on a fly by Jessie van Aalst.

After leaving two runners in scoring position in the third at bat, Terrasvogels scored four more runs in the fourth to increase the lead to 8-0. Kimberly Jones led off with a single and advanced on a grounder. Next, Jessie van Aalst drilled the ball into rightfield for a single, but when an outfield-error followed, both she and Jones scored. This led to a pitching change. Daniëlle ten Donkelaar took over, but she was greeted with a triple by Marisèla de Wind, then Lisa Waasdorp reached on an error. Another error on a grounder by Lizzie Clarijs and a sacrifice fly by Jessica Waasdorp then led to the next two runs.

Winning pitcher Ginger de Weert struckout eight batters and threw a No-Hitter. Only two batters reached base, both via an error. Lindsey Meadows was the first in the second inning. She popped up towards third base, where the ball was missed. The ball touched fair territory and ended up in foul territory, but it wasn't clear whether the ball left the field before or after third base. In the meantime, Meadows ended up on second base. Initially it was ruled a foul ball, but that was argued, resulting in a conference between the two umpires. The call was reversed and Meadows was sent back to first base. She then advanced on a wild pitch and moved on a grounder, but stranded on third base.

In the fourth inning, lead-off hitter Annemiek Jansen reached on an error, but was caught stealing.

The second game had an unexpected start, as Tex Town Tigers took a 3-0 lead in the first inning off of starter Malou van Dusschoten. Nadine Marinus led off with a walk and advanced on a sacrifice bunt by Shaneequa Kock and a single by Annemiek Jansen. The bases were loaded when Alana Westerhof was hit by a pitch. Next, Lindsey Meadows singled to bring in two runs, then the bases were loaded again when Laura Wissink walked. A single by Isa Los then made it 3-0, but Tex Town Tigers left the bases loaded when Van Dusschoten ended the at bat with two strikeouts.

Terrasvogels recovered and immediately answered with four runs off of starter Romy van der Wielen. Lead-off hitter Kimberly Jones reached on an error and moved on a sac-bunt by Ella Krommendijk. Walks for Jessie van Aalst and Marisèla de Wind then loaded the bases. Lisa Waasdorp then followed with a 2-run single and Alyssa Taylor added a 2-run triple to make it 4-3.

In the second inning, the next run was added when Kimberly Jones (single) scored on a double by Ella Krommendijk with one out.

Tex Town Tigers left runners on second and third base in the third inning, then scored its next run in the fourth off of Canadian Alyssa Taylor, who took over the pitching in this inning. With two outs, Annemiek Jansen singled and advanced on an outfield-error, then scored on a single by Alana Westerhof, who is also Canadian.

A 5-run rally in the fourth inning increased the lead for Terrasvogels to 10-4. Myrthe Smid and Kimberly Jones began with singles, then Ella Krommendijk delivered an RBI-single and brought in new pitcher Shanequa Kock. A sacrifice fly by Jessie van Aalst then accounted for the next run. The bases got loaded when Marisèla de Wind walked and Lisa Waasdorp singled. Hereafter, two errors led to the next three runs.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Terrasvogels reached the 7-run difference. Kimberly Jones led off with a walk, stole second base and moved on a single by rookie Ella Krommendijk, who was 3-for-3. An error on a grounder by Jessie van Aalst then made it 11-4 and ended the game.

The final run was scored by Kimberly Jones (her fourth in this game), who did something remarkable today. In the double-header, she reached base seven times and scored each time!
