In the second game, UVV got another fine pitching performance, this time from Melissa Burger, who gave up only four hits.
UVV briefly trailed 3-2 in the third inning, but then turned the game its way moments later.
UVV scored twice in the first at bat.
Laura Arp and Naomi Andringa began with singles, then the bases got loaded with one out when Marleen van Gastel walked.
A walk for Misja Koops and single by Michelle van Waveren then produced the runs, but the home team also left the bases loaded when the next two batters were retired.
Amsterdam came alongside in its second at bat.
Lead-off hitter Dana Rodermans reached on an error, advanced on a sacrifice bunt by Sophie van Oostvoorn and scored on a double by Uchenna Jong Loy.
Hereafter, Ragna Stegenga reached on an error.
The latter was forced out on a grounder by Shanna van Vegten, but that also brought in the tying run.
In the top of the third inning, Amsterdam took a 3-2 lead.
Josephine Rommens led off with a single and advanced on a sac-bunt by Judith Diepeveen, then scored on a single by Rhowan Stuart.
Hereafter, Dana Rodermans walked.
But from that moment on, Melissa Burger dominated in the remainder of the game, as she retired 14 of the next 15 batters.
After having retired eight batters in a row, she gave up a lead-off single to Dana Rodermans in the sixth, but the retired the next six batters again.
UVV re-took the lead in the bottom of the third by scoring two runs.
With one out, the bases got loaded when Marleen van Gastel singled and both Misja Koops and Michelle van Waveren walked.
Helma Pluim followed with a single to bring in two runs and make it 4-3.
UVV then took more distance in the next three innings.
In the fourth, Laura Arp reached on an error and went on to score on a single by Kirsten Vierdag.
Two runs were added in the fifth, thanks to a double by Helma Pluim and a single by Renske de Leeuw.
The lead was lifted to 9-3 by scoring two more runs in the sixth at bat.
This time Laura Arp led off with a single and Naomi Andringa followed with a double.
They then both scored on a sacrifice fly, respectively hit by Kirsten Vierdag and Marleen van Gastel.
